The wine list has a variety of choices to complement the dish you order and the staff are very friendly, giving a great timely service. For seafood lovers, this place is like nirvana with the sumptuous choices on the Surf and Sand menu including scallops, crabs, prawns, lobsters and fish such as pakapaka, snapper and coral trout. My favourite is the lobster mornay but you can have the seafood grilled, curried, pan-fried or cooked in sauce. You also get a great feel for local Fijian food as some of the dishes are made in "lolo" (coconut milk).
There are chicken and steak choices on the menu as well but I have yet to make it past the seafood section. While you wait for your entree and mains to arrive, you can help yourself to the salad bar which has a spread of pastas, greens and condiments. After a great meal, there is nothing better to cap your night off with than a bowl of ice cream served with rum liqueur and coffee.
I have had an amazing experience every single time I have been to Tikos as they deliver consistency in the quality of their food and their service. And I am so glad that all my colleagues, especially those visiting Fiji, enjoyed this experience.
